hermes.eurekabike.com is a static, informational site. It uses no profiling cookies and installs no trackers. The only processing of personal data that takes place is the following:

The site uses Google Analytics 4 (measurement id G-KS3KHJKT61) and only
with your consent. Google Consent Mode v2 is implemented with every category denied by
default: until you accept from the banner, no analytics cookie is written and no tag is granted
access to browser storage. If you decline, or simply ignore the banner, nothing is stored.
Your choice is remembered in the browser's local storage under the key
hermes_consent. Clearing this site's data from your browser removes it and the banner will
ask again. There are no tracking pixels, no integrations with advertising platforms, and no profiling.

Google LLC adheres to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (European Commission adequacy decision of 10 July 2023), which guarantees a level of protection equivalent to that required by the GDPR.
The controller makes no other transfer of data to third countries.
